Department Description The Cross Product Change Services (CPCS) Team within Corporate and Investment Bank serves multiple internal and external clients in providing change services such as Business Analysis, Minimum Viable Product Assessment, Reference Data Strategy definition and implementation, Process assessment and re-engineering, Automation, Implementation support, Test strategy and delivery. Role Description CPCS is currently looking for an experienced tester with test management experience to join the organization and play an integral role in the business validations services required for accelerating change program delivery. This role will work in partnership with project managers, technology and testing teams to define, design and build test plans, scenarios, cases, test executions, test evidences and reports. We are looking to setup a high performing business validations team who can delivers change programs independently as well as aid in building test automation. Qualification: Post Graduate/ MBA /Bachelor degree Test Management and test execution expertise is must Test Automation experience with RPA development skill is desirable 10+ years of testing and test management experience Exceptional knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Exceptional knowledge of the Test Life Cycle (TLC) and various testing types/practices Ability to write test scenarios and cases Exposure to test environment management, and release management practices Exposure to test automation tools and techniques is desired Exposure to scripting languages for e.g. VB script, Java script is desired Experience in client tax processes is preferred Experience in financial services is a must for this role Strong written and verbal communication skills The successful candidate will join a team focused on change delivery across products, help deliver change program delivery. The role will require working with stakeholders across the client tax business, looking to leverage best practice across the industry and other J.P. Morgan business units.
