To monitor critical activities like Height work, Hot work, Electrical Work, Excavation Work and wherever PTW (Permit To Work) process is involved Check work permit system and notify any deviation from standard practice and get it corrected from execution team. Monitoring site activities and capturing unsafe acts and conditions through “Daily Observation Report” and inform to concerned in-charge for compliance Identify and capture unsafe conditions and report to Safety Manager and follow up for completion. Responsible for reporting non compliances to the concerned project in charge and Safety Manager Carry out Scheduled inspection/Audit of machine and equipment’s like Welding machine Cutting set, Crane, Winch machine, lifting tools & tackles, ladder platform, etc. Monitor PPE compliance. Impart tool box talk and safety talk to workers. Coordinate in conducting various safety programs and promotional activities. Report all incidents to the Safety Manager Coordinate in the emergency evacuation and management.
