ROLE PURPOSE: The PMO Coordinator in Hydro GBS is working closely with the GBS IT PMO department and taking responsibilities and actions from the overall support in different functionalities related to services and areas within the broader organization. The role focuses on administrative support activities related to portfolios within Hydro GBS IT, support PMO functionalities and GBS Management team specifically. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) General Assist and takes action in specified GBS IT and PMO related activities, functions and processes Update and maintain relevant functions and tools Take care of GBS IT PMO related Purchase Requisitions, including managing goods receipt and invoices in SAP Assistance for Hydro GBS Management Team 2) Assistance for GBS Management team Adhoc assistance activities requested and aligned 3) Communication Reports out on status of responsible activities and allocated tasks Work Experience 5 years relevant work experience Task coordination and information gathering in shared services organization Experience in O365 related tooling Industry Experience Experience in a multinational environment Experience in Global Shared Service setup Experience in task coordination Education: College or University (IT /Business Degree or Equivalent) Technical Knowledge: O365 Disclaimer : We are only helping our audience to check various job listing in various companies.
