Job Opening details:- Company Name :- Dbind Wire Products Position Name :- Sales Executive Company Location :- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra Job Category :  General Category Full Job Description :- Location : Navi Mumbai (Juinagar) Experience : 5 Year Job Description : Position Type – Full Time Travel Required – For exhibitions & Customer visit Responsibilities – Lead Generation, Inbound/outbound callingRegularly monitor online sales channels such as market places and website to find new dealers/ customers in each region of India.Visit existing dealers to maintain relationship.Prepare and deliver promotional presentations.Attend exhibitions on behalf of Dbind and interact with customers to collect and record lead data.Respond to all customer enquiries (online and telephonic) and ensure data is recorded properly.Maintain customer relationships and generate new orders by periodically contacting all allocated customers.Continuously follow up with customers to ensure smooth sample sending, order finalization, dispatches and payment collection.Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.Negotiate final pricing with customers using defined price lists.Use ERP to process customer orders, generate quotations, proforma invoices and sales invoices.Communicate requirements to production planning team and provide delivery time estimates to customers. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS – Must hold a Bachelor’s degree; post graduate degree in business related study is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or supporting functions.Must possess working knowledge of Hindi, English and Marathi; knowledge of any south Indian language is an added advantage.Must be able to record and organize data using MS-excel; should have working knowledge of computer operations. PREFERRED SKILLS – Any experience of using CRM to create and maintain a sales pipeline.Advanced knowledge of google search techniques. (Using special characters and keywords.) PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES– Self-motivated, outgoing personality with a proactive approach to sales.Excellent verbal communication skills; be able to connect with customers and understand their requirementsMeticulous organizing skills; should be able to multitask, arrange meetings and calls and conduct follow ups punctually.Must be able to make quick decisions with limited information.
