Connectivity Solutions Group (CSG) based in Mumbai is looking for a customer obsessed individual to manage customer escalations through the lifecycle of a subscription. This includes keeping track of escalations, ensuring < 4 Hr turnaround for all escalations, ensuring proper close looping with the customer on escalations and contributing to continuous improvement of customer experience. Key job responsibilities Accurate tracking of all customer escalations to the customer experience team.
