Role Responsibilities Inbound calls from providers Records details of inquiries, comments or complaints, transactions or interactions and takes action in accordance to it. Complex benefit and claims questions Escalates unresolved and pending provider issues. Required Qualifications 1 or more years of Inbound/Outbound Call Center Experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel and Word Proficiency with computer navigation with windows and the ability to move through multiple screens Must be available to work Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (regardless of state that you reside) and flexibility is needed to complete calls in the que to fit the needs of the business and providers In this role you are required to be online and if for any reason you are not able to access the Internet for longer than 2 hours you will be required to travel to the nearest Humana Market Office to complete your shift. For this job, associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work. The weekly testing will need to be done through an approved Humana vendor, and unvaccinated associates should follow all social distancing and masking protocols if they are required to come into a Humana facility or work outside of their home. Work At Home Requirements WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense. A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25×10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required. Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
