Job Opening details:- Company Name :- Synergy Healthcare, LLC Position Name :- Practice Manager Company Location :- Bradenton, FL 34208 Job Category :  General Category 2 Full Job Description :- Role Description A growing Clinical Research Company in the Bradenton area is seeking a Research Site Manager to oversee, organize and manage the research facility’s ongoing activities. The company partners with drug developers, hospitals and healthcare companies to enroll participants into and conduct clinical research trials. The company operates in a number of therapeutic categories. The Research Site Manager will work closely with the site’s clinical research staff and report directly to the Medical Director. Role Objective The office manager will maintain efficient and effective business operation of the office, allowing the Clinical Director to focus on clinical research activities and business development. Role Responsibilities Support company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising research staff Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, and having responsibility for office activities Oversees and manages hiring of new employees Manage employee schedules Ensure the Research Site’s compliance with regulatory certifications and requirements Manager will work with the company’s accountant and bookkeeper to prepare and maintain monthly company financial statements Construct monthly reporting of various Research Site operating activities and performance Manager will work with the accountant and bookkeeper to prepare monthly statements, track company payments and manage Account Receivables. Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems as well as supervise purchasing and procurement of office equipment and office supplies Manage company vendors, organizes communication with vendors and oversees payments to company vendors Supervise and support all members of the research site to ensure members are up to date on training on the Site’s clinical trial management, EMR and other software systems. Work Hours & Benefits Possibility for Part-Time or Full-Time schedule A portion of the work week may be performed remotely Health & Dental Benefits PTO Bonus Compensation Compensation: $30-35 per hour depending on experience and competence Education, Skill & Experience Requirements High school diploma required Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience in medical/healthcare industry required Experience in clinical research highly preferred Must have prior office management experience Must be proficient with office software and technology: Clinical trial management software, Microsoft excel, Google Workspace, Electronic Data Capture Entry Software, Quickbooks, Gusto, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Electronic Medical Records,Real Time Must be self-sufficient and a proactive self-learner Must be highly organized and detail oriented Must have good communication skills, be team oriented and work well with others.
