We are looking for individuals committed to the PepsiCo philosophies of quality, safety, customer service, productivity and teamwork. General Production Operator responsibilities include: Operating and monitoring the line, removing or shifting materials and/or finished product as necessary to facilitate proper flow and machine operation Ensuring package and product quality Operating all manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely Cleaning equipment and area during and after shift Maintaining clean work area through good housekeeping practice Expediting repairs to line Working with maintenance as necessary Keeping daily records of down time and machine operations.. Requirements: Production Operators must meet the following qualifications: High school degree or GED Ability to lift 50 lbs on a continuous basis Possess good oral and written communication, analytical and mechanical skills. Candidates with previous production experience in a manufacturing industry (preferably bottling or food) are preferred. Forklift Certification is preferred. Interested individuals must be able to work any shift, 7 day workweek, and have a stable work history.
