Account (Compliance) Executive
We are looking for candidates who have experience of Independently finalising the accounts and audits of Corporates. Candidate should be well versed about Companies Act, Income Tax Act, ROC Annual Filing Compliances, GST, Income Tax, Ms Excel, Ms Word, TDS, Compliance with requirements of RBI, Balance Sheet, Annual Return and internal audit.
Roles & Responsibilities
:
Responsible for handling Accounts, Taxation, and compliance functions.
Responsible for assisting in maintaining & finalization books of accounts of the company.
Responsible for assisting in all Direct and Indirect tax compliances and labor compliances including returns and coordination with vendors
Assisting in the generation of Accurate financials on a timely basis i.e. monthly/Quarterly/Half yearly/Annually
Coordination with internal and external auditors on a timely basis
Managing ROC,GST and other related compliance as applicable to the company with close coordination with the teams.
A Problem solver with a go-getter approach and able to maintain a healthy relationship with other stakeholders across the company.
Requirements
Qualification: B.Com/M.Com/CA inter/CS
A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations.
Effective written and verbal communication of the English language
Working knowledge of MS office applications
Integrity and professional ethics
Builds and maintains credibility at all levels throughout the organization
Innovative, proactive, resourceful, resilient, focuses on continuous improvement.
Intermediate to advanced level of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills are required
Ability to interpret and communicate company policies, procedures and practices.
