We are looking to hire Administrative Assistant who will provide first level ticketing, phone, and email support to Kroll’s staff globally. The successful candidate will require an aptitude for working with tools / systems to undertake requests, and resolution of queries raised or asked, which may range from immediate & urgent assistance to more detailed resolution of queries.

Provide support & assistance via phone and electronically
Understand the company’s new tool in handling the queries
Manages end to end service request for stakeholders
Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
Follow up with end users to provide status updates of the query raised per SLA guidelines
To support in relation to the basic daily administrative tasks and updating internal daily systems (Lawson, Salesforce, Business Objects, etc.).
Managing Data Entry Services, Claims Processing, timesheets, and expenses in a timely manner
Assists with administrative, analytical, project management activities and communication and change activities in the special projects when assigned.
Participate in the implementation of administrative standards, policies, and practices for the organization.
Manage logistics for Board Meetings, Team meetings, workshops, events, and functions.
Adhere to the documented policies and procedures
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Proficiency in English
Sound understanding on customer support, operations, and processes
2-4 years of experience in similar field/ administrative functions
Ability and willingness to work in a 24*5 environment
Excellent communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and high levels of integrity
Clear, precise, and professional written and verbal communication skills
Capable of assisting in creating new and better client education and reporting systems
Capable of responding to stress in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to be self-motivated and productive working remotely
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly develop working relationships
Affable and enthusiastic attitude towards teamwork
Prior experience of managing a helpdesk would be an advantage
