About UniOps: UniOps is part of Unilever’s ‘run’ and ‘power’ organisation, responsible for serving our markets and divisions with future-fit business operations to power purpose-led growth. UniOps’ aim is to globally connect our business operations to enable the delivery of scaled benefit from process excellence, digital enabl ement, strategic sourcing partnerships and future-fit capabilities. UniOps will achieve this through its three-pillar model of Platforms, Experiences and Market Operations. Market Operations is UniOps in-market organisation which will manage day-to-day operations, enable the deployment of Experience solutions, and ensure market centricity from design to deployment. We are looking for a HRBP to lead and drive the HR plans and strategy for Supplier Operations team under Commercial Experience (UniOps). This role is a project role expected to end by Dec 2022.
Provide end to end Global HR Business Partnering to Supplier Operations Team Adaptation of global Commercial Experience people plan for Supplier Operations Organisation and implementation of key initiatives.
Talent strategy design and implementation, in collaboration with Global ComEx HRBP.
Partnering with talent advisors and local Cluster/Regional/Market HR to resource the teams with the right quantity and quality of talent.
Design and roll out of capability building interventions
Ongoing workforce plan management in close collaboration with Global Finance BP.
Ongoing HR KPIs delivery tracking and management.
Participation in core people initiatives under ComEx and wider UniOps people agenda.
Work closely with change and comms and finance teams to monitor and track FTE and associated implications
Ongoing talent development plans including talent exchange with procurement teams across the globe
As a part of Programme team work on further development Supplier Operations blueprint, ensuring alignment to Unilever operating model, Procurement and ComEx vision and strategy, regional and local business requirements.
Ensure key people milestones & KPIs of the programme implementation plan are tracked, measured, and delivered.
Ongoing extended support the global ComEx HRBP in strategic people plans/priorities of ComEx and Bangalore site

Change Management – you have experience of implementing change
Influencing – ability to work with the senior stakeholders, drive engagement and to get work done crossfunctionally and culturally
