Full Job Description :-
People Operations Associate is a member of India Country Office team, and s/he is required to assist the Officer, People Operations in the People Operations department in administration of compensation and benefits, Statutory Compliance, employee insurance, Gratuity, personnel records and documentation, HR Logs, Workday, Leaves and Attendance management, Off-boarding and overall operational HR activities of the organization including day to day HR operations etc. This position will report to the Officer, People Operations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
A. Payroll Process:
Must have experience in Payroll processing and payroll related like monthly inputs, reconciliation of monthly payroll.
Knowledge and Management on statutory compliance.
Gratuity renewal process and monthly addition and deletion.
Attendance and Leave Management.
Coordinating exit formalities and organizing farewell.
Maintain employee records, including personal files, contracts, agreements, policies, etc.
Documentation of retirement fund, medical insurance, and other benefits for employees
Facilitate HR related procurement as per the approved procurement policies.
Draft HR related letters.
Maintain staff leave records and disseminate leave details on quarterly basis
Assist in monthly team support activities
Manage the follow ups for Professional Development.
Manage the logistics of HR anchored programs.
Help in data collation.
B. Support INCO HR department in Recruitment, HRMS maintenance,
Assist INCO HR department to develop and maintain human resource information system (HRIS) and utilize and feed information for major human resource decisions in the organization.
To support in standard recruiting and placement practices and procedures.
Support the department in recruitments.
Maintain a database and provide, when necessary, JD, Induction material, manuals, employee handbooks and standardized Forms/reports.
Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 3 years professional experience in day to day HR operations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent computer skills
Willing and able to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Flexible attitude towards changing priorities and ability to multi-task
Takes initiative and a team player.
Excellent interpersonal skills
2-3 years related experience in Generalist Human Resources function in service sector/INGO
Working knowledge of Data base and hands on Experience in working on MS Excel.
