Job Opening details:- Company Name :- Clarks Position Name :- Auditor, Social Audit Compliance (CSR) Company Location :- Chennai, Tamil Nadu Job Category :  General Category Full Job Description :- Accountabilities Conduct social, security and environmental audits at supplier factories to assess the level of compliance with Clarks’ standards & requirements and identify areas and reasons for non-compliance Produce and distribute audit reports to provide full details of the audit and any non-compliance areas identified Conduct audit review meetings with relevant factory teams and factory management to discuss and agree actions to resolve non-compliance findings. Conduct follow up audits and reviews against an agreed schedule to ensure improvement action plans are being followed within agreed timelines Establish good working relationships with factory management to ensure support for meeting Clarks’ standards and requirements so that cases of non-compliance are reduced Develop and deliver training for factory management and teams on Clarks social, security and environmental standards and requirements as well as relevant topics to support compliance with them Review and recommend improvements to audit processes and documentation to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Skills, Knowledge and Experience Extensive experience of Social, Security and Environmental auditing of manufacturing facilities Experience of working within a manufacturing environment Excellent knowledge of local employment legislation and regulations Very good knowledge of SA8000 and equivalent social compliance auditing standards Very good knowledge of CTPAT and equivalent customs scheme requirements for manufacturing sites Very good knowledge of ISO14001 and equivalent environmental management system requirements Very Good English language skills including written and oral Disclaimer : We are only helping our audience to check various job listing in various companies.
