We focus on process plants and we need you with your conceptual mindset wanting to develop new ways, new plants and work in an innovative and dedicated team.What will you be doing?Issue inquiries (RFQ), evaluate received quotation and negotiate commercial terms.Prepare Bid Recommendation Sheet and recommend Supplier for Purchase OrderCreate Purchase Order (PO) according to budget and proceduresReview PO for accuracy such as incoterms, delivery address, technical & commercial requirements and get approval as per authority matrixPlace the PO towards suppliers and ensure effective transfer of all necessary information to suppliers and maintain subsequent revisions as applicableExpedite order acknowledgementsPlan, arrange and participate in the kick off and follow up meetings with suppliers whenever requiredReview and approve suppliers Engineering Procurement Manufacturing Schedule (EPMS)Co-ordination of suppliers Quality NotificationsCo-ordinate with logistics for transportation of materialsCo-ordinate with warehouse for goods receiptReview and approve suppliers invoicesWe think you should have: Good knowledge about supply chain managementUnderstanding of Supplier Document flow and QS related processesGood knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAPSelf-motivated and ability to work in teamsSystematic and analyticalGood communication skills – Both verbal and writtenGood negotiation skills & quality focussedMore reasons to work with us: Professional development and career opportunitiesJoin a company committed to becoming a significant player in the energy transitionCompetitive compensation and benefitsPositive work environment with challenging tasksHealthy work-life balanceInterested?
