Responsibilities:
Should be capable of developing automation frameworks from scratch.(VBA and Selenium-Java Must Have)Should be able to identify redundant tasks wrt testing, comprehend business requirements , functional specifications and create automated solutions for improving efficiencyPerform test data conditioning and data validation to ensure complete and accurate End to End data validations from testing standpoint.Partnering with other/non-risk QA teams to ensure a comprehensive test approach is plannedInterfacing with key stakeholders (Quality Assurance, Project and Risk Managers) – providing testing status on a regular basisManaging Automation tasks for monitoring, reporting, and resolutionIdentify process improvement opportunities and partner with Risk Managers to implement the initiatives according to JPMC standardsInclude the use of querying tools, reports and analyses to mitigate risk resulting from changes made to our decision engines.Identify and resolve concerns by assisting UAT testers, developers, project managers, technology leads, production support, business/underwriting, and Risk Strategy Stakeholders with inquiries.
Qualification:Graduate Degree (Engineering – CS, Electronics, IT) or equivalent job experienceStrong communication skills including ability to lead cross-functional discussions with Technology, Operations, Risk, and MarketingKnowledge and experience in Technology including various architectures, languages, tools and applicationsExperience working with SQL, and/or other Oracle and/or Teradata database tools- Must have
– Knowledgeable in Selenium, IDE, , json, VB scripting well versed in R-Python or other similar tools and programming language
Experience with Banking Domain and its various products such as Card, Auto or Business Banking a plusProven analytical and writing skills, including ability to evaluate impacts and translate findings and root cause analysis into actionable summariesCapacity to work under time-sensitive business deadlines
Strong attention to detail & ability to work as part of a teamThorough knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Testing Methodology, best practicesExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, time managementTeam player and ability to motivate othersHave a positive approach towards work and fellow team membersAbility to absorb & present complex ideas quickly & accurately.
