Follow up on Pending mails for Update. Communicating with clients and customers as if when required. Check escalations & timely processes are met. Ability to manage & Understand client or vendor requirements and take necessary action accordingly. Should be able to communicate with client independently on call & mails. Monitor Dashboard & Progress tools for Updates Excel knowledge to understand other number of details such as items, client inventory also Requirements Learning different applications. Good interactions with clients in mails & meetings. Actively participate in applicable Company-sponsored training activities.
