Responsibilities
Drive the growth of Zessta’s social network by providing original and innovative content.
Be accountable for the audience growth and engagement with priority campaigns through effective content creation.
Preparing well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems to promote our services.
Basic ability to collaborate with subject matter experts to research a software product, determine functionality and design features, then communicate those effectively to the user.
Writing SEO-friendly copy for new pages on the Website and Blog.
Work closely with teams across product, marketing, engineering and sales.
Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content for blogs, white papers, social media, website, email templates, etc.
Assist the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns
Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies.
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in technical writing in a similar role.
Ability to be self-directed and effective working independently, yet equally comfortable contributing in a team environment.
Precise documentation and clear communication skills.
Experience in managing content projects, including coordinating with other teams and technical teams
Ability to handle changing priorities
Ability to create scripts for videos and Presentations
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Education and Experience:
Bachelors or Masters from Premier Institutes preferred.
Experience 3-12 years
