We are looking for a competitive Field Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. As an Outside Sales Representative or Sales Agent, they will also research sales competition.Responsibilities“Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectivenessEvaluate customers’ skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationshipsMeet personal and team sales targetsResearch accounts and generates or follow through sales leadsGenerating leads through scanning, meeting with architects and buildersAttend meetings, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developmentsRequirementsProven sales experience in the uPVC doors and windows IndustryTrack record of over-achieving quotaExperience working with window making CRM/softwareFamiliarity with different sales techniques and pipeline managementComputer use competencyStrong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and drivenMasters’ degree or equivalentJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Master’s (Preferred)Experience:Business development: 2 years (Preferred)Lead generation: 2 years (Preferred)total work: 2 years (Preferred)upvc Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
