This position reports to RSM/ZSM/VH and also to Product head for portfolio management & customer relationship. Handling of 1/2 large branch/es with higher potential and targets. Conduct regular review with branch to grow the business and understand the potential. Branch engagement – Scoping of branches and acquisition of mortgage business through Branches. Will be responsible for the Monthly assigned Sales targets Will be responsible for structuring of large ticket deals. TAT management & Customer service Liaise with underwriting / Ops team to ensure E2E tracking of files from sourcing to disbursal. Ensure superior customer service & TAT delivery to end consumer. Cross Sell Will be responsible for the cross-sell of Bank’s Liability and Revenue products. Identify potential customers for cross sell. Increase penetration in the existing customer portfolio. Portfolio Management & Customer relationship To deepen the relationship by ensuring customers bank with us for multiple products. To develop strong relationship with all SME customers for their respective area for best recall about the Bank for all their financial requirements. To become a one stop contact for his financial needs. Engagement with the client to ensure servicing. Ensure enhancement in allotted portfolio by providing top ups to the customer and at the same time ensuring retention of allotted portfolio. Ensure higher DOD utilization and churn in DOD account Ensure lower portfolio attrition Regular Customer visits / engagements with the customer House Keeping Ensuring minimal overdue of housekeeping items for the allotted portfolio. Managing large ticket relationships viz annual Call memo filing, service delivery to customers etc. Skills Good Communication Skills. Clarity of thought. Good planning skills.
