Supervision of all patient care facilities in wards on your floor.b. Ensuring proper receiving of patients in wards and making the patient and their relatives comfortable.c. Ensuring proper and immediate nursing assessment and Clinical assessment by duty doctors/ consultants in the wards.d. Ensuring proper documentation of pt. case sheets/ Pt. file.e. Updating Consultants, Medical Superintendent and Medical Director about significant issues.f. Maintaining and improving inter personnel relationship in the ward.g. Ensuring prompt fulfillment of ward requirements.h. Safe maintenance of Manuals, SOPs, and other documents of the wards in your floor.i. Ensuring proper compliance of professional norms and NABH standard’s requirements.j. Ensuring compliance of hospital policies, by the ward staff/ Nurses.k. Ensuring smooth and fast discharge process.l.
