Position Name :- English Language and Training Program Coordinator Company Location :- The Rutu Estate, Thane, Maharashtra Job Category :  General Category Full Job Description :- View Posting DocumentPOSITION SUMMARYThe West Bank English Language Training Program Coordinator will assist the Program Officer with the management, growth, quality, and sustainability of Amideast’s English Language and Training program portfolio in the West Bank and East Jerusalem, including English language teaching and learning programs for students and teachers, professional skills training, test preparation courses, and specialized training programs, including programs sponsored by donors and partners through grants and contracts.Amideast’s West Bank English Language Training Program Coordinator position is based at the organization’s main office in El-Bireh in the Ramallah District, with travel in the West Bank and to East Jerusalem as needed. This is a one-year (renewable) full-time contract position scheduled to begin o/a June 1, 2022.RESPONSIBILITIESThe employee will report to and receive general supervision, administrative guidance, and day-to-day supervision from the EL and Training Program Officer, West Bank. Specifically, the employee is responsible for the following duties:Answers inquiries about Amideast EL and training programs and servicesAdministers placement tests, as neededFollow-up and collection of student grades and progress reportsHandles customer relations and registers clients and follows up with clientsAssists in developing proposal, training contracts, and reports for donors and corporate clientsWorks with the Program Officer to support teachers and organize class schedulesDaily monitoring of class progress, customer satisfaction, etc. to ensure our quality standardAssist in the recruitment, supervision, and routine monitoring of international and national trainersPreparation of monthly teachers’ paymentsPreparation of teachers’ contractsMaintains student registrations in Proclass and office filing systemsMaintains Amideast teacher resource library and Access libraryCreate social media posts and respond to questions on social media in a timely mannerDevelop and update promotional materialsUpdate Amideast websiteAssist in the development of marketing and sales plansDevelop and maintain EL and training alumni databaseTrack and report program impact, as neededCollect and analyze feedback from customers to measure satisfaction and successSupervise department internOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in English, TESOL, TEFL, Education, or related fieldMinimum three years of relevant work experience, education/training sector preferredFluent spoken ArabicExcellent English language skillsDetail-orientedExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to multi-task in a busy workplace environmentStrong customer service orientationPositive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team and be self-directed and motivatedFamiliarity with computers, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Social Media MarketingExperience in social media marketing and graphic design is preferredJob Type: Full-time Disclaimer : We are only helping our audience to check various job listing in various companies.
