Key responsibilities Ensure high procedural standards in ensuring error free documentation processing, scrutinizing of delivery documents at documentation counters with vigilanceMaintaining accuracy & timeliness in invoicing/billing at counters arresting all sort of revenue leakages for CFSBuild strong and lasting relationships with customers and provide best in class operational service & work as a role model in strictly adhering to set SOPs & organisational policies Effective work management without escalations especially during peak load hours and congestion and high inventory at facility/warehouseEffective coordination with Internal-External stake holders / Customs / Liner / 3rd Party Vendor / Govt Bodies for smooth documentation/operations processCoordinating with various Customs & Investigation Agencies such as DRI, CBI, Income tax, SIIB, Surveying agencies etc. for getting the requisite resultsWork independently and assist the team in realizing goals and standards – share knowledge and best practicesEngage in constructive problem resolution and provide solutions with cross functional coordination Address root causes and seek continuous improvements- constantly look for ways to improve work processesProcess improvement/simplification idea’s, suggestions with implementation (Out of box thinking with business case)Adhere to timeline of management MIS and adhoc tasks without compromising customer experienceAbility to handle complaints with a smile and is willing to build a long-term relationship with the customerAbility to take ownership and work for early resolution and closure of customer issues We are looking for Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Maersk or shipping industryCFS & Shipping Line Documentation knowledge & experience Hands-on knowledge & experience in CFS operations work Clearing & Forwarding knowledge & experience especially in Import clearance, Export warehousing & LCL consolidation Logistics & Transport management knowledge & experience Supply chain & warehousing management knowledge & experience A.P.
