Full Job Description :-
1) Knowledge of documentation in export and import.2) Co-ordination with clients and shipping line -To take shipment details from shipping lines.3) Booking for clients & to solve clients queries – Sending of BL instructions and Filling AES.4) Negotiation with shipping lines, execution of BL draft, invoice -preparation to release OBL/ Waybills for client shipments.5) Good communication skills required since candidate must deal with overseas6) Coordination with shipping line for DO EXPORT7) Update pre alert to Overseas agent8) Co-ordinate with transporter.9) Co- ordinate with co- loader with overseas agent.10) Co-ordinate for telex with shipping lines11) Coordination with shipping line.12) Giving on-line support to customer in export shipment.13) Take projection all shippers on daily basisResponsible for Pre & Post Documentation, preparing export Invoice, packing List, tagging, tracking Shipment, Insurance, Coordination with buyers, CHA Selection and co-ordination, Documents collection.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: From ₹300,000.00 per yearBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementCommuter assistanceInternet reimbursementPaid time offProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Master’s (Required)Experience:Exports: 2 years (Required)Shift availability:Day Shift (Required)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
