Primary role of the incumbent will be to function as a facility planner for various large scale projects such as industrial sites, defence campuses, airports, ports, and drive design development, managing preparation of drawings, presentations and any other technical outcomes. Responsibilities:- Analysis of various factors to determine optimum site planning: physical features, environmental considerations, circulation, movement of goods/ transportation, health and safety parameters, community characteristics Physical arrangement of all resources/ space planning within a facility or campus, with the goal of arranging departments, work centers, equipment, and other amenities for the smoothest movement of work, people, materials, information, Review access points, the location of buildings and their relationships, and circulation of personnel, vehicles, and goods – all with an eye toward recommendations ensuring that site organisation makes the most efficient and effective use of physical resources on site for multiple project types such as an airport, port, industrial facility, defence establishment or similar large campus developed for a specific function or use Site flow utilisation and equipment integration Technical review of site grading, roads, drainage and utility networks Collaborate with the environmental planners, infrastructure engineers, transportation planners, architects, landscape architects, urban designers, building engineers to deliver efficient campuses for largescale industrial facilities, ports, airports, defence establishments and similar complex facilities. Lead coordination with roads, utilities, landscape, building disciplines performing the role of design manager as required or key technical support to the project manager for site wide design coordination Knowledge of sustainable design aspects and strategies is desirable Here’s What You’ll Need: Masters degree in Urban Planning OR Infrastructure Planning or similar, from reputed universities overseas or premier institutions in India Bachelors degree in Architecture OR Urban Planning OR Civil Engineering Preferred experience: 10 years+ Abilities/ Software Skills MS office AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS Infraworks, Navisworks Revit Navisworks SketchUp Technical writing Jacobs.
