Location: Indore/ Raipur Time : 6.30 pm – 3.30 am EST (US and India) Job description: Requirements: Qualification – A bachelors/master degree in finance knowledge of accounting and taxation. Excellent knowledge of Advance Excel is a must. Excellent written and oral communication is a must Possess decision-making skills Roles and Responsibilities: Assist in developing or updating finance operating procedures for all operational activities. Assists in client, Partner, and Contractor onboarding. Review the timesheets and prepare the payroll for all the employees. Oversee day-to-day accounting/finance operations. Prepare various management reports (Resource cost, MIS, cost optimization, cash flow analysis, cost forecasting until the closure of the financial year). Manage petty cash claims and keep track of all expense/ receipts for audit purposes Ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining complete and accurate accounting records. Maintain accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities. Act as a point of contact for addressing any queries related to financial operations. Reviewing various accounting and finance processes of the company and assisting with the same. Communicating with the Contractors and understanding the problems faced by them Work closely with the CEO to prioritize business and information needs Previous experience in US/ Canada payroll is good to have skill.
