“• Level 2 production support experience and Incident management (Proper Incident and problem management working with various teams like infrastructure, development to resolve, analysis of root cause for complex issues and outages)Raising ticket in supporting tools and closely following up with vendors to fix the issueAnalyze the logs (HIF and middleware) to troubleshoot the issuePatch update,batch jobs and cache refresh for the applicationDeployment support for monthly patch update, bug fixes and change request implementationPrimary Testing for the fixes received from vendor in T&DMonitoring Application services and availabilitySupporting the change requests in the applicationDriving any new enhancements in the application”
