We are hiring for a two-position one Bhopal office & Sheopur RTD beverage unit.The job role will beBHOPALTo work with company impanel Food consultant on recipes executionTraining of workers at processing units for respective food production & packaging as per fssai normsQC/Audits of company processing units in different districts for product delivers as per hygiene & international acceptance standardFood Documentation Compliance work for all units & the central unit for US & International marketGenerating new product ideas from Agri-food /HerbsEstablishing and maintaining end to end QA systems for Raw materials, Finished Goods.Front ending QA operations Co-ordination with various internal and external stakeholders on QA and legal compliance etc.Quality testing of raw materials and finished products and preparing dossier for FSSAI compliance.Providing solutions for manufacturing issues Development of labels as per FSSAI regulations, Verification of label artwork as per legal metrology Co-ordination with TPM for product development, scale-up, and batch quality assurance.FSSAI, legal metrology license application and modification Coordination for legal metrology cases with FDA about seized products Testing and examining samplesSheopur MP Job profile Handing end 2 End RTD Guava/Mango Juice production supervisionReporting of workers from all departments & day reporting to managementMaintaining QC/QA of batchesFree Food & Accommodation will be provided in the factory for the sheopur Unit.Fresher BTECH Food Technologists can also apply if they have a 1-2 Year internship.
