Ensuring accuracy of employee database, managing transactional changes, ensuring corporate Data Asks and managing MIS reports/ dashboards Tracking of Productivity norms in line with the changing business landscape Contributing to the overall organization profitability through: Achievement of HC and cost efficiencies through re-structuring and redefining roles.
