( CBE / Branch banking / Asset RMs) Micro marketing activities at potential locations in the catchment area of the branch. Doing end to end operations involved in the disbursal of the loan. ( explaining the product, filling of form, valuation, sealing of packet, sending approvals, resolving queries, sending forms to NPC, resolving discrepancies, renewals etc) Customer service pre and post sales. Support collection RMs in resolving bucket and POT NPA cases.
