Conceptualize visuals and develop innovative graphic designs, including illustrations, logos, layouts, and images that meet business goals Manage our websites and end-to-end graphic deliverables from ideation till execution Work closely with the marketing team to deliver engaging and consistent creatives for our website, email campaigns, social media, digital and print ads Ensure designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately Work independently and cooperatively with the marketing team, meeting deadlines and scheduling implementation based on the workload Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and technically appropriate Amend designs based on feedback Test graphics and web pages across various media and on mobile phone Optimize the loading speed of web pages Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with the marketing team for designing a wide range of materials, including webpages, presentations, white papers, tutorials, signage, standee, eBooks, infographics, posters, and product brochures Coordinate with the system administrator and manage the uploading process of all materials Liaison with external printers when required to assure the quality of the printed materials Update and maintain internal databases of designs, web pages, images, and videos Regularly study professional websites, including competitor websites, and emulate them Required More than 5 years of experience in graphic designing Proficiency in a range of design software and technologies (such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash Player, besides audio, video, and PDF editors) A keen eye for aesthetics and details Ability to articulate your design decisions Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of WordPress, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap Nice to Have Knowledge of Javascript A Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in graphic design or a related field Benefits Our benefits go beyond the basics.
