Position Info
A Guest Experience Planner is a customer-focused role, designed to capture additional incremental revenue through outbound sales efforts. You will assist guests in buying once in a lifetime hotel experiences. We encourage you to think outside of the box and bring in new ideas in order to optimize revenue capture. You will receive training on our best in class selling program as well as extensive product knowledge once hired. The Experience Planner will have extensive knowledge of the property, guestrooms, package options, and amenities of the property and is expected to make outbound sales calls offering customized room and package products, spa services, dining and beverage
options, and recreation activities. You will stay engaged with the Front Office, Sales and Accounting teams on a daily basis. You will receive an hourly wage plus a monthly incentive (based on sales performance). You will also assist the Reservations Department throughout the season as needed.
Please note that this position is remote. We will work closely via Teams and require some travel to the island and to Okemos, MI.

Hospitality experience preferred though not required
