The Role: Information Architect
The Grade : 10
The Location: Hyderabad, Gurgaon, or Ahmedabad.
The Team: The Information Architecture team collaborates with stakeholders across Technology, Content and Product to efficiently translate technical and product requirements for key projects and initiatives into actionable data architecture strategies, designs, and specifications.
The Impact: Information Architects streamline development of new products and services by accelerating the onboarding of new data. You will enable the business to deliver maximum value to users/clients in a timely manner, adhere to data architecture best practices, and support overall data quality.

Responsibilities:
Develops strategies for data design, implementation, and maintenance.
Scope deliverables and work with Content, Product & Technology to turn business requirements into actionable specifications.
Evaluates new data sources for adherence to S&P Global’s quality standards and ease of integration.
Contributes to processes encompassing data transformation, testing, troubleshooting, and end-user support needs.
Promote, support, extend data design and management best practices.
Coordinates related activities and mitigate risk.
What We’re Looking For:Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Technology and/or Data/Content-focused role with exposure to Product development and/or Content development initiatives.
Demonstrates knowledge of a variety of relational database design concepts, modeling, and practices (SQL, NoSQL, SOLR, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
Solid knowledge and understanding of how to build systems, products, and services using relational databases.
Project management skills/training and/or experience, including written and verbal communication, organization, requirements gathering and consensus-building.
Comfortable working in environments with a high degree of ambiguity.
Creative thinker who can interpret requirements and conceptualize deliverables.
