Full Job Description :-
Experience: 0-2 years
Levels: Customer Support Engineer (TAC Engineer I / II – on Contract)
Contract Duration: 1 year (This can be extended – depending on the performance of the candidate and the requirements in our company at that time)
Work Schedule: 8 hours a day and 5 days a week.
Engineering graduates in Computer, electronics and Communications stream with relevant experience or Diploma holders from recognized institutes in Computer, Electronics and Communications stream or Masters in IT or MCA or Equivalent Sound Networking Knowledge – theory and practice
Should be familiar with high-end network infrastructure (Routers, Switches, firewalls etc
Candidates with Cisco, Microsoft, Sun certification and exposure to Network Management tools and RDBMS will have an added advantage.
Solid knowledge of Networking.
Excellent written and oral Communication Skills including good listening ability and telephone handling skill.
Willing to work in Evening Shift. (Timings: 7:00 pm to 3:00 am)
To provide Email, Telephone and Web based support to our worldwide customers on our products.

Remuneration: Monthly Professional Fees (will be decided as per the experience level and knowledge)
Benefits: The Intern will not be eligible for any benefits as per the Policy. We will provide him pick-up and drop facility only if he has to work in night shift. He will also be eligible for shift allowance for all the days worked in shifts.
The intern will not be eligible for leave.
