Overview:
International Tax Assistant having exposure in EU taxation, VAT Rules, Tax Credit, DTAA implications. Transfer Pricing would be added advantage.
Responsibilities:
Supporting tax stratagies for group entities in EU.
Understanding DTAA and giving opinion on tax implications.
Supporting Tax Implications in the case of Merger & Acquisition.
Witholding Tax Implications
OECD and BEPS implications.
Knowledge of Transfer Pricing would be added advantage
Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant
Skills:
Advance Excel & Powerpoint & Word
Experience:
Minimum 5 Years experience in International Taxation
