What we’ll offer you As part of our flexible scheme, here are just some of the benefits that you’ll enjoy Best in class leave policy Gender neutral parental leaves 100% reimbursement under child care assistance benefit (gender neutral) Flexible working arrangements Sponsorship for Industry relevant certifications and education Employee Assistance Program for you and your family members Comprehensive Hospitalization Insurance for you and your dependents Accident and Term life Insurance Complementary Health screening for 35 yrs. and above Your key responsibilities You will be joining the International Private Banking (IPB) COO department in Mumbai and will support Luxembourg and the Advisory Locations in Austria, France, Sweden and the Netherlands and you will support the Location Management teams for below work streams Vendor management, IGSA Cost, invoicing and space management Committee preparation On-/Off-boarding of staff MI reporting and KRIs Key Targets & Objectives of Role: On-/Off-boarding of staff Review / Maintain employee rights: Request / modify access rights Access Rights (incl. onboarding of employees): Request access rights on various applications & tools Vendor Management Prepare recurring reviews (organize evidence, documents, minutes, action item summary etc.) to perform necessary task of Service Receiver Owner (SRO) Setup and manage Vendor Risk Management (VRM) process for all governing vendor requirements/ contracts MI Reporting Create dashboards / merged excel based on delivered source file Work on new/ refined KRIs for MI reports/ dashboards as and when required Committee preparation Create slides to explain themes in a way which can be presented to the management Ensure to keep a track of Org Chart changes on a monthly basis/as and when required and publish the same to appropriate audience Cost invoicing & space management Review cost invoicing process and put adequate controls/checks to ensure invoice are getting verified before releasing the payment Ensure optimum space management by working with respective country COOs as required Ensure correct quarterly fee invoicing to advisory locations as per the agreement at agreed rates and services Take necessary ownership and control of activity as a SPOC Your skills and experience Previous experience in performing as Location Management role (at least 4 years or above) Knowledge gained in Financial Services environments and know-how of Wealth Management business, for example target operating model, front to back processes, regulatory framework Experience in problem solving and working to tight deadlines whilst maintaining high quality output High proficiency in standard productivity tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio) Master´s degree in computer science, finance, business, or a related field Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong sense of personal accountability Independent working Fast in learning new matters Highly committed and motivated Very good communication & presentation skills Proficiency in German language would be a distinct and added advantage How we’ll support you Training and development to help you excel in your career Flexible working to assist you balance your personal priorities Coaching and support from experts in your team A culture of continuous learning to aid progression A range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your needs About us and our teams https://www.db.com/company/company.htm Our values define the working environment we strive to create – diverse, supportive and welcoming of different views.
