Qualification :
MBA (HR), MHRD, MHRM, MLW, PGD (HRM), MA (HR and LR) or equivalent

Experience :
1 yr to 2 yrs. of experience

Mandatory Skills:
Excellent command of the English language – both written & verbal.
Strong experience in the Recruitment process, coordination with candidates & consultants.
Good knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint, Internet browsing, computer basics.
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured).
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
Good at analyzing the situation and be proactive.
Quick learner.
Can aid in revising company policies from time to time.
Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
Well, verse with Recruitment Software and Job Portal.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Prepare recruitment materials and post on different job portals
Screen candidates resume and job applications
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, technical skills, and soft skills experience and aptitudes
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
Handle the recruitment process – from selection till appointment.
