Job Summary
A local commercial property investment company is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to fill the position of IT Administrative Assistant with a strong understanding of personal computers and various Microsoft products. This role will support the IT Systems Administrator in the day-to-day technical issues and research new evolving technologies. The ideal candidate is skilled at multi-tasking, able to take directions, and work independently.
Experience:

Associates degree in information technology, computer science, or related field
Two years of support experience in a Windows network environment.
Experience with network and telephone troubleshooting

Responsibilities and Duties

Installation, maintenance of computer systems and software.
Provide network and computer technical support for end users
Work with current IT staff to develop and deploy new systems and technologies.
Assemble and configure computers, printers, scanners and components and associated services.
Installation & maintenance of software updates and patches
Monitoring performance
Good communication and user service skills
Assist with other IT asset and vendor management activities
Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
