Job Opening details:- Company Name :- Inspira Position Name :- L1 Technology Support Company Location :- Mumbai, Maharashtra Job Category : General Category Full Job Description :- JOB DESCRIPTIONMonitor Console & Dashboards and provide response to the reported incidents.Perform initial analysis for known issues and provide the appropriate recommendations for closure.Monitor & Reporting of system components health and take necessary action in case of any observed issue.Provide notification and communication with Incident management and respective application team upon threat detection.Incident closure coordination and follow up with resolution team and other security solution teams.Monitoring and coordination of standard activities like backup, patching, basic installation of agents (if applicable) etc.Daily report preparation on number of incidents detected, closed, in progresses, open security issuesMaintain post incident documentation about all the actions taken, root cause, controls implemented.Above is illustrative list of general activities. Technology specific activities shall be arrived at in consultation with the Project Manager & L2 resourceThe position monitors and responds to security events from managed customer security systems as part of a team on a rotating 24 x 7 x 365 basis.Experience in handling endpoint solution Specially in Application Whitelist, Cyber security solution app control or relevant field.Client end support, Eyes on-screen monitoring, creating tickets and follow up for closure of tickets. First level troubleshootingWorked experience in banking sector/enterprise level for operation in IT and cyber security JOB REQUIREMENT Should have good knowledge on 1. Agent Rollout 2. Application whitelisting 3. End point security 4. App control, DLP 5. Client communication. Status and update 6. Eyes on-screen monitoring, creating tickets and follow up for closure of tickets. 7.
