Draft policy related to the structure of the company.
Check Legal Compliances
Render Legal Advice to the Directors of the Company
Take care of company legal filing and documentation.
Serve Legal Notices of behalf of the Company to the defaulters.

Proficient with Interpretation of Laws
Experience in Drafting of Bail Applications and Contracts

Keen Knowledge of Insolvency Laws
