Main Duties:
Assists Engineers for all planning and ensures execution of preventive maintenance of all equipment.
Responsible for maintenance of all equipment and work areas as per required standards.
Doe daily work requests from other departments are met promptly and professionally.
Ensures compliance with safety rules, standards and procedures.
Recommends changes in systems and procedures to increase efficiency and improve service levels.
Ensures timely receiving of materials and spares by regular follow up with material department.
Maintains good relations and professionalism among all the subordinate staff & peers.
Communicates shares & inspires all departmental employees, using various formal & informal channels.
Maintains cordial relationship with other departments.
Coordinates closely with all departments, to ensure upkeep of equipment, machinery & building.
Is courteous to all customers.
The primary responsibilities of the role include.
Administration
Participate in related project teams,
Perform all tasks as detailed in daily task list
Customer Service
All guest requests & complaints to be attended in a prompt in an efficient manner and to establish an amicable relationship with all clients, customers and guests of the Hotel.
Have a good relationship with all departments and colleagues.
Understand, supportive, encouraging and helpful to all.

Other Duties
Working knowledge of mechanical systems to include air conditioning.
Working knowledge of current chemical/asbestos regulations.
Good supervisory and communication skills.
Ability to work well under stressful conditions and time constraints.
Must be able to work on call 24 hours/day if emergencies arise.
