Should have hands on experience in Requirement gathering involves client interaction, Analysis and design and development using .Net & VC++
Expertise in Vb.Net, Asp.net, VC++ and SQL Server
Knowledge in COM/DCOM is nice to have
Should be a good communicator
Capable of explaining technical issues to non-technical audiences.
Very sound team building and people skills
Good interpersonal skills and ability to resolve conflicts
Very sound communication skills with excellent written and spoken English
