BE/ B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in Automotive/Mechanical engineering
No of Years:5-7 year of experience in CAE- NVH, Automotive
Experience

Areas of Work: Noise and Vibration– Automotive
Responsibilities
Pre and Post processing using Hyperworks, ANSA & Medina.Use Finite Element Analysis software such as NX Nastran and Permas in the analysis of product.Assist with developing vehicle NVH analysis models using CAE tools to improve and optimize the structural/fluid/acoustic behaviors of products among component-level, system-level and vehicle level.Generate, document the results and propose recommendations to design teams for improvements to achieve product targets.Provide design concepts for the improvement of NVH aspects of the components/Sub-structures using expert level of understanding.Independently work and implement projects on time line.Understanding requirements, planning, and scheduling & effort estimation for the projects.Coordinate with Design Engineering and other departments in the product development.
Skills & Experience
Good teamwork skills, strong verbal & written skills.Experience with FEA software’s such as NX Nastran, Permas, ANSA, and/or Medina.Experience in Static & dynamic analysis at subsystem and vehicle level.Be familiar and experience in measurement and test data post process.Strong knowledge and experience with component-level, system-level and vehicle-level NVH development and refinementNoticing and solving the root cause of engineering problems.Hands-on experience in performing vibration analysis on e-axle and e-motor systems is preferable.Strong analytical and technical background
