Job RoleAssistance to the BD teams with respect to ensuring smooth working of the entire business development sales cycle which includes doing mandates, raising invoices, subscription management, database management, etcMaintain front end internal stakeholder relationshipsPerform backend operational activities allocated on daily and adhoc basisWork as team member to ensure deliverables are met on time ensuring adherence to polices, SLA’s and TAT’sHandle queries raised by internal and external stakeholders and timely solutions, a solution driven approach
Basic QualificationGraduate/Postgraduate (preferably business/commerce background) with at least 2 years of experience in back-office operationsGood working knowledge of advanced MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, MS outlook.Good communications skills and experience to handle multiple stakeholders
