ROLE SUMMARY
The Patient Experience Specialist will be a strong consultative partner for the Commercial organisation in identifying, executing, measuring and monitoring effective solutions to provide a seamless patient experience through the customer journey.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct detailed need Gap Analysis and provide creative and effective digital solutions basis patients’ and caregivers’ unmet needs
Scan the Market/ Competition landscape analysis to identify opportunity areas for novel and emerging solution in the patient ecosystem
Collaborate with Commercial Leaders and Brand Leads to build partnerships with health-tech and start-up ecosystem to drive patient acquisition and retention
Lead the design and execution of digital solutions (new and existing) in line with GTM; Transform ideas to MVP/ PoCs. Act as a consultative partner to shape thoughts of business leaders in deploying these solutions.
Create frameworks to effectively measure and monitor key KPIs to create an insights-driven engagement strategy, across multiple communication channels to drive patient outreach
Work across the organization with a cross section of leaders to build an ecosystem and deliver solutions that solve complex challenges on the patient side.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment maintaining flexibility and changing priorities to meeting demanding timelines
Proven knowledge and experience in translating insights into strategy and program design
Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and articulate recommendations and solutions based on analysis
Required Background:
Graduate level degree from a reputed Indian / International institute is a must
10+ years relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry or health-tech/start up ecosystem
