For more details please visit our website here What you will do: This position is responsible for managing & administration of the company Payroll workings and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities.Overall responsibility for payroll compliance.Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate and truthful i.e., PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, Labor Law Compliance.Responsible for Wages state compliance i.e., Return Filing, UAN updating, etcResponsible for Leave Encashment, Gratuity, Maternity and Paternity compliance.Ensuring timelines are met for all statutory complianceRepresentation in Labor department where required.
