Job Description Pega Business Analyst Role Description: : Pega Business Analyst PEGA Business Analyst?(BA) will be highly engaged in the initial phases of development. The BA gathers the requirements and identifies slivers of work using “direct capture of objectives .They are responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the?business?using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders. Role and responsibilities Create requirement specifications from the business needs, define the to-be-processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements. Actively aid the project team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, development, and validation. Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant information. Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest business and technology solutions. Support configuring solution requirements on the products and diagnose the root-cause of issues, recommended solutions based on research that includes surveys, information available in public domains, etc. and build POVs contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value. Experience with a Campaign Management, Business Process Management, or Decisioning platform such as IBM Unica/Campaign/Interact, Salesforce, SAS RTIM, Teradata, Adobe, Oracle. Lead the business teams & development teams in gathering requirements and implementing requirements leveraging the Pega system software. Technical skills requirements The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in, Flows ( Screen Flow, Tab Flow, Adding decision, sub-flows & integration to Flow), UI rules, Harness, Sections, Portals, Local Action, Flow Action, Data Transform, Correspondence, Rule Inspector, properties types, validation rules. Decision and declarative rules. At least one or two Pega OOTB integration (SOAP, MQ, SQL, File etc.) Agents, Access Group, Class Group, Access Roles, Privileges, Setting up SLA, Worklist, Workbasket, Change in Access roles. Rule Availability Concepts, rule Versioning, rule Set, circumstancing/ specialization. Page List, Page Group, Value Group & Value list. Pega PRPC technologies, Pega DSM (Decision Management) PegaRULES Process Commander; Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant. Nice-to-have skills Knowledge on Designer Studio. Should have knowledge on Pega Guiderails. Nice to have experience on ADM. Certifications: CSA/CPDC/CPMC. Good communication skills, Logical thinking and problem solving skills. Qualifications 4 to 6 years of work experience in systems or application development B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred.
