Conduct safety audits Leverage technical expertise and collaborate with cross functional teams (Business development, Marketing etc) Skills required Ability to generate ideas and use technical expertise to bring them to function. Creative problem solving ability, good communication skills, effective team player with ability to work on multiple projects Expertise in patent and literature search Proven efficiency with synthetic as well as analytical chemistry Ability to work on scale up activities and trouble shooting Good knowledge of Regulatory and ICH Guidelines Take accountability for defining the timelines for project milestones and strictly adhere to them during the progression of the project.
