Key responsibilities
Performs load list/discharge list/manifest/release of a vessel assigned
by the team leader as per SOP/IOP.
Has responsibility for achieving timelines, productivity, accuracy and
avoiding penalties (price of non-conformity (poncs)).
Has responsibility for prompt and effective response to emails.Provides suggestions/ideas for process improvements.Updates several Programmes /Tools for Equipment Steering.Handles day-to-day communication with stakeholders.
We are looking for
Education: Any GraduateHas skills developed through job-related training and on-the-job experience within a specific job discipline.Works on assignments of limited scope and complexity, exercises independent judgment within defined boundaries and guidelines typically under supervision
Has knowledge of standardized work routines and methods, general facts and information.
Understands and applies theories, concepts and principles related to the specific task.
Requires limited job and business knowledge at the time of hiring.
Follows standard procedures for solving problems, may need to escalate non-routine problems to a more experienced colleague or supervisor.
Job requirement 24/7 , (Weekend Working / Night shift )
