Job Objective
Project controller will be a Global Project Control team and report to the Head of Project Controlling. The team is on an interesting journey and your role is totally new, therefore you will have chance to affect the role and processes. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
MBA Finance or bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Finance)
Minimum 7 years of experience as project controller in a consultancy business
Fluent in English, oral and written
Proficient in MS office, especially MS Excel.
Previous work experience in a global organization and in a global team
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Must Haves
Responsible for the creation of projects in “ERP” according company policies.
Ensure correct and timely accounting of project financials
Responsible for governing and reporting project financial KPIs.
Responsible for performing month end activities according to company policies.
Responsible for giving support to Project Managers and Service Delivery Managers regarding project financials and administration.
Escalate deviations to The Global Head of Project Control and/or Finance Partners.
Ensure that the business follows and understands policies, processes, routines and regulations.
Ensure that the booked figures are reflecting the current status of the business (provisions, revenue recognition, WIP, ETC/EAC etc.).
Ensure proper service billing preparation.
Ensure proper subcontract time entry for related projects.
Ensure proper document management for customer contracts and related commercial documents according to company policies.
Support the PM/SDM in forecasting/budgeting and calculating project backlog.
Participate in the closing of projects; execute financial review of the closed project and present it to the Global Head of Project Control.
Experience in risk analysis of projects
Reported and followed up financial KPIs
Ability to articulate complex project financials in layman-words

Worked in the following systems; JIRA, Dynamics 365, Teams, Power BI, Outlook, Sharepoint and/or Medius
