Client is in the final stages of development of soy protein isolate (SPI) technology at its pilot plant , with a manufacturing unit shortly expected to be operational. Client is looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented scientist in the following area. Position : Protein Scientist Following would be the brief profile of the successful candidate: Qualification required is PhD in Food Science/Food Technology/Food Chemistry A minimum 5 years of experience in Protein Industry is a requirement. Knowledge and experience of development, production, and analysis of protein isolates is critical. Ability to develop products from protein isolates and to expand the scope of applications for the developed isolates is important. Candidate must have demonstrated knowledge of protein structures, interactions and protein chemistry. Project management skills are important for the candidate. The job involves working with the team inside the company and also with the development teams of the customers. Thus the ability work in a team is an important consideration.
